Dana's Beauty Shop

Having watched and read "Ruby's Beauty Shop" about 100 times, Dana really wanted to give someone a "Completely New You Makeover"-- Daddy was the lucky victim-- I mean, recipient.

First Haircut!

We decided that it was finally time to take Dana to get her first haircut-- it was starting to get so long!
Before-- you can't really see the length in this picture, because the wind kept blowing as I took the picture... you can really see how long Dana's hair was in the previous posts.

After-- looking a little older and certainly more clean cut.

Easter at Grandma and Grandpa's (and hunt #6!)

Hunting again-- and yes, she is wearing a helmet and pads, because she wanted to ride her Dora 4-Wheeler until she noticed the eggs!

Dana knocked down a "tree" after our walk to her garden-- she is so strong!

The Hollins Easter Egg Hunt (aka Egg Hunt #3)

We took Dana to this special Easter Egg hunt for Hollins Alumnae two years ago, when she was about 18 months old. She was more interested in running around than in hunting eggs. Last year, it was snowed out! Today Dana was more than ready! As the Easter Bunny gathered the children around Dana said "I want to go first!" And once the hunt began, a toy caught her eye, and she went straight for it.
